The Independent Living Center of Southeast Missouri (ILCSEMO) is a community-based, non-profit, non-residential facility committed to serving the needs of individuals with any type of disability, regardless of race, color, national origin, sex, age, or religion. ILCSEMO primarily serves the Southeast Missouri counties of Butler, Carter, Ripley, and Wayne.
ILCSEMO offers various services to persons with disabilities with the goal of active participation in society foucusing on the ABILITY of the person rather than the disability.
